Your automobile is a valuable asset and keeping your automobile clean, adds value to your investment. The following steps will give instructions on how to achieve your goal and make an appointment with us.
Make an appointment with us
Making an appointment is the first step to getting your car detailed. Our new online appointment booking system is operational. Please email us at radiant-pro@hotmail.com. We will need information like name, address. phone number and type of vehicle. We will set your appointment at the next available time base on your location and availablity or you can schedule a date and time in advance.
We come to your location
Our business is mobile oriented, and that means we come to your location. When setting the appointment we will need an address and phone number where you can be reached. We verify the appointment date and time, the day before the appointment. We are always on time. The customer will need to remove and clear all personal items from the vehicle prior to your detailing appointment.
Allocate at least 2 hours for the detailing process
The detailing process takes at least 1.5 hours or more to complete depending on your detailing package and condition of your vehicle. Excessive dirty vehicle will be charged extra. Make sure you have enough time for the entire process, so we can complete the job without rushing. We are dedicated to clean your car professionally and we want our customers to be satisfy with our work.

We are professionals when it comes to detailing your vehicle. We make sure everything is clean, especially the nooks and crannies. We clean your vehicle according to the detailing package you have chosen. The higher the package the more intense the cleaning and the more time it will take to complete the job.

The detailing job is finish when your vehicle is completely clean and the customer is satisfied with the job. Once the job is finished and the customer is satisfied, then payment for the detailing package is due. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We ask the customer for a gratuity of 20% and referrals; if the customer referrals make an appointment for detailing, we give additional discounts on your next detailing job.
